Seal coat is composed of premium quality 100% acrylic polymer, modified asphalt emulsion, aggregate, mineral filler (sand, slate, clay) petroleum additives and water. It is applied to existing asphalt surfaces by spreading a single or double layer by hand or by motor operated squeegee apparatus.

After curing, seal coat provides a hard wearing protective surface. Seal coat should only be applied when the pavement surface temperature is 50 degrees or higher. Seal coat should not be applied if rain is falling or is imminent or if there is a chance of freezing temperatures with in 24 hours.
